Terms & Conditions – Moxiaire Moments
1. General
By participating in Moxiaire Moments, users agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the eligibility, content monitoring, and prize fulfillment associated with Moxiaire Moments.
2. Social Media Content & Monitoring
• Only posts from public social media accounts can be monitored and considered for Moxiaire Moments.
• If a participant’s social media account is private, they must provide proof of their post by submitting a screenshot or other verifiable evidence upon request.
• Moxiaire reserves the right to disqualify entries that cannot be verified for Moxiaire Moments.
3. Virgin Experience Day Prize Conditions
• Winners of a Virgin Experience Day prize agree to have a Moxiaire Moments professional videographer present during the experience.
• The videographer will capture key moments throughout the day for promotional and documentation purposes.
• By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of video footage and images for Moxiaire Moments' marketing, social media, and promotional materials.
• If a winner refuses videography, Moxiaire reserves the right to offer the prize to another participant.
4. Rights & Usage
• Participants grant Moxiaire a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute submitted or captured content for promotional purposes.
• Content may be shared across Moxiaire's website, social media, and related marketing materials.
5. Amendments & Changes
• Moxiaire reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Continued participation in Moxiaire Moments signifies acceptance of any updated terms.
