1. Promoter

This prize draw is operated by Moxiaire Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with registered office at Unit 1 Brinwell Business Centre, Brinwell Road, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 4QU

2. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Moxiaire Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • By entering this promotion, participants confirm they are eligible and accept these Terms & Conditions.

3. Promotion Period

  • The promotion opens on 27 April 2026.
  • The closing date is 23:59 (BST) on 31 May 2026.
  • Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Purchase Entry

  • Customers will receive one (1) entry per qualifying order placed via our website during the promotion period.
  • A qualifying order is any completed purchase that is not cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.

4.2 Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)

  • No purchase is necessary to enter.
  • To enter for free, entrants must send an email to support@moxiaire.co.uk including their full name, postal address, and contact email address before the closing date.
  • Only one (1) free entry per person will be accepted.

4.3 General Entry Conditions

  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or generated by automated means will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify bulk, third-party, or automated entries.
  • Proof of identity and eligibility may be required.

5. Prize

  • The prize is a Kärcher pressure washer bundle (as described on our website).
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place within 3 days of the closing date using a fair and unbiased method.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at checkout or via the free entry method.
  • The winner must respond within 5 days of notification to claim the prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity & Winner Information

  • We may announce the winner on our official marketing channels (including social media).
  • In accordance with UK advertising regulations, the surname and county of the winner can be obtained by emailing support@moxiaire.co.uk within 30 days of the closing date.
  • If the winner objects to this information being made available, they should notify us when contacted. We may still provide this information to regulatory authorities if required.

9. Delivery of Prize

  • The prize will be delivered to a UK address provided by the winner at no cost.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by third-party couriers.

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Any order that is cancelled or refunded (in full or in part) before the draw may result in the associated entry being void.
  • We reserve the right to remove entries where we suspect abuse, fraud, or manipulation of the promotion.

11. Liability

  • We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or issues beyond our control.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

12. Data Protection

  • Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for administering this promotion unless otherwise agreed.

13. General
